Brayden Shannon is a freelance audio engineer and videographer based in LA. He has worked for various clients around Southern California and the Central Coast, including Azusa Pacific University, The Los Angeles Brass Alliance, and other independent clients.

In addition to his experience with recording, he also has an extensive background as a musician. He received his bachelor’s degree in Tuba Performance from Azusa Pacific University in 2025, where he studied with John Van Houten and Dr. Beth Mitchell. During his time there, he played with various groups, including the APU Symphony, APU Wind Ensemble, APU Jazz Ensemble, the Los Angeles Brass Alliance, and the Colburn Honors Brass Quintet.

He currently works as a stagehand at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he has worked with various artists and touring Broadway shows such as Chicago and The Book of Mormon

He started On Site Sound with a group of close colleagues, with the objective of providing high-quality recordings that were affordable and stress-free for musicians, bands, and performing arts directors in the LA area.
